My truck doesn't tell me how much diesel I need nor does it tell me how much exhaust fluid I need , it just tells me I'm low. How am I supposed to know what I need to top off before I leave on a trip. I was able to Pay at the pump at gloves on the car side. I guess the prepay requirement is a way to keep smaller vehicles out of the big truck lane . Too bad because buying diesel exhaust at the pump sure would be convenient .
